What is stall torque?

Stall torque is when you supply power to motor, but motor output speed is zero. Motors in a stalled condition may be prone to overheating and possible damage if the current flowing under these conditions becomes higher than the maximum continuous rating. And then the motor will be bunred keeping stall at long time.

How do you get the proper torque during test?

Please test at rated voltage, rated torque and rated speed at the beginning. And then increase the voltage little by little, such as 12.1V, 12.2V, 12.3V......When you increase a point, the motor rotate your product well, please notes this voltage value and current value. We will calculate the proper torque and speed according this point's voltage and current. Normally direction of Rotation is CCW when viewing from the output shaft end with positive voltage applied to positive terminal.
